FOIA Information

Frontier Defense Technology, Inc. is a private corporation and is not directly subject to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552). FOIA applies to federal agencies, not private companies.

Government Records

Records related to Frontier Defense Technology contracts, proposals, or communications that are held by U.S. Government agencies may be subject to FOIA. To request such records, submit a FOIA request directly to the relevant federal agency:
