Karen J. Whitfield

President & Chief Executive Officer

Karen Whitfield joined the company in 2019 after 22 years at Lockheed Martin, where she served as Vice President of Mission Systems. She led the C2 modernization initiative that positioned the company for the GRIDWATCH program of record. Under her leadership, revenue has grown from $8.7B to $14.2B.

Dr. Michael S. Brennan

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Brennan came from DARPA, where he managed programs in tactical AI and autonomous systems. He architected the GRIDWATCH AI subsystem and leads the $480M annual R&D portfolio spanning edge computing, sensor fusion, and human-machine teaming.

David M. Kowalski

Chief Financial Officer

Previously CFO at SAIC. Led the company's financial transformation during its growth from mid-tier contractor to a $14B enterprise. Oversees capital allocation, M&A strategy, and investor relations.

Lisa M. Garrett

General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Manages legal, compliance, and ethics functions including ITAR/EAR export compliance, FOCI mitigation, and government contract law. Previously Associate General Counsel at Raytheon Technologies.

Senior Vice President, C2 & Mission Systems

Leads the largest operating division, encompassing the GRIDWATCH program and all command and control products. A 20-year Army veteran (Signal Corps) who commanded the 516th Signal Brigade before transitioning to defense industry.

Catherine D. Park

Senior Vice President, Autonomous & ISR Systems

Oversees autonomous platforms and ISR programs. Previously led Boeing Phantom Works autonomous programs. Holds five patents in multi-sensor fusion.

Former deputy director, National Security Agency. 32 years in naval intelligence and signals operations. Advisor on SIGINT programs, cyber strategy, and intelligence community partnerships.
